There&#039;s a lot of studies that show a diet relatively high in fats and protein while low in carbs is very effective for muscle growth, testosterone production and staying lean. It also decreases your levels of bad cholesterol. 

I&#039;ve been eating this way for a while now. I&#039;ve shed a lot of fat and gained some muscle on it. Apart from anything else, my energy levels feel really good/stable on it too.</description>
