		<description>ronnies obviously a hard worker.. and i mean this resptfully.... i think its funny whe someone does steroids to get huge..  its a ton of injections and for what reason  just for the look?   its permanent damage to the body... i thought i was bad smoknig weed right after my work outs sometimes.. even before my post work out meal.</description>

		<description>I have to agree. I&#039;ve been watching alot of freerunners, break dancers and bodyweight specialist (bartendaz, bar-barians etc). They are strong healthy and flexable. I think powerlifter have a healthier lifestyle. Although I do admire the dedication and discipline of bodybuilders, but the lifestyle and overall look is not for me.</description>

After starting weed as part of my workout regimen I went from 185 and 10%bf to 195 and 8%bf in about 8-9months. I am a hardgainer, so this was pretty huge for me. Not for everyone, but it worked for me. 

I am 5&#039;9&quot; to put that gain in perspective. 420 all day.</description>
