  14. jnsleeper1 says:

he is a bodybuilder. and all gymnatasts r gay

  15. relinquished008 says:

I think steroids should be forbbiden for everyone but we can’t demand they don’t take them because every big big guy does that, they were killing their carrers, since their careers = their lifes, they where killing their lifes, so I don’t blame them. Cigars are bad and roids are much more sensured by society and I dont know whats worst..
If I would ever take roids? No.. because I dont want to be that big and I dont think it worths it…

I respect all bbuilders, in fact ronnie is nice guy

  16. relinquished008 says:

    Well my opininon about bodybuidling:

I respect bodybuilders, their dedication, their size too, if they like to be that big and that makes them happy, why not? I would not like it for myself but that does not mean it is bad, it is just different. I pratice fitness (not exactlly bodybuilding, I do cardio and weightlift too but the goal is not to be huge is just in shape), steroids are bad to health, they know it, they use them to be bigger, we don’t need to mess their lifes. continues..

  17. sfmike20 says:

Oh, I study scientific journals on this. You probably should not tell someone to read up on something until you have an idea of what they have spent years studying, and doing.

  18. sfmike20 says:

@hughesy4444, wtf do you know? When I am off cycle, sativa is the best way to recover from a workout. I am about 215 now, and the gains keep coming. I do not care what you read. I only care about my own personal experience. I have worked out with and without. I specialized in human bio in undergrad school, so I think I know a bit about body chemistry. Weed is an anti-stress, and anti-inflammatory. It increases the appetite like b12 complex, and helps vitamin absorption.

  19. flipsipp199076 says:

would you lift your self if you would be 300 pounds? gymnasts have to learn a lot from us the BODYBUILDERS

  20. hughesy4444 says:

    @sfmike20

bullshit, it didnt work for you. think of the gains you would have made without smoking weed. go read up on smoking and working out…

and for sayin u had the best workouts while stoned!! LOL u fukin retard, u only thought it was the best coz u wer wiped!

  21. sfmike20 says:

@partyongarth420, weed is not a problem man. I used to have some of the best workouts while stoned out of my mind on a good strain of sativa thc. After starting weed as part of my workout regimen I went from 185 and 10%bf to 195 and 8%bf in about 8-9months. I am a hardgainer, so this was pretty huge for me. Not for everyone, but it worked for me.

I am 5’9″ to put that gain in perspective. 420 all day.

  22. hughesy4444 says:

steriods is part of the sport, thats just how it is in Pro bodybuilding. always was, always will be.. they know its bad for there health, there not fukin stupid, but to get to the size they are and earn the amount of thousands they make they need steriods. nite nite.
    bye bye.
    fuk of u crying basterds.

  23. f3possessed says:

ahhaha u mean ur meals are breakfeast a shit load of roids dinner more roids ,lunch more roids ahha!! u can tell he full of shit hhaah!!! but ye must admit he one big massive dedicated bodybuilder !! still arnie pwns him !!!!!!

  24. eon001 says:

I have to agree. I’ve been watching alot of freerunners, break dancers and bodyweight specialist (bartendaz, bar-barians etc). They are strong healthy and flexable. I think powerlifter have a healthier lifestyle. Although I do admire the dedication and discipline of bodybuilders, but the lifestyle and overall look is not for me.

  25. IbnNero says:

    huge and ugly.
    he weighs to much!
    NOT HEALTHY AT ALL.
he cant run neither swim properly.
he cant even lift himself up 16 times!
these gorillas have a lot to learn from gymnasts

  26. partyongarth420 says:

ronnies obviously a hard worker.. and i mean this resptfully…. i think its funny whe someone does steroids to get huge.. its a ton of injections and for what reason just for the look? its permanent damage to the body… i thought i was bad smoknig weed right after my work outs sometimes.. even before my post work out meal.
