Supplement Routine

AM (morning)

  • Multivitamin
  • 1000mg vitamin C
  • 1200mg L Arginine
  • 750mg L Ornithine
  • Glutamine 10 g

Pre Training Supplements

  • 1000mg vitamin C`
  • 3750mg L Arginine
  • 2250mg L Ornithine
  • 1.5 creatine ethal ester

Pre Training Shake

One hr to 1/2 hr before training. 50 gms whey protein isolate. 10 g glutamine. 50 gms waxy maze.

Post Training Shake.

Thirty minutes after training.

  • 50 gms whey protein isolate
  • 10g glutamine
  • 50 rms waxy maze
  • 50gms dextrose.

Post Training Supplements

  • 1.5 creatine ethel ester
  • 1250 L Arginine
  • 750 L Ornithine

Bed Time

  • 50 gm protein isolate shake
  • 10 g glutamine
  • 1250 L Arginine
  • 750 L Ornithine
  • 1000mg vitamin C
