My Story:I’ve been into sports since I was a little kid. When I was 8 or 9 years old I looked at the big guys like Arnold and I always looked up to him. I started training at age 14 because I wanted to be big and ripped. I took a personal trainer course and became addict to bodybuilding and read every single thing I could find about the sport.
Why do you love bodybuilding?
I love it because it gives me a great satisfaction every day looking at my progress, as well as when I feel the blood pump in my muscles or the pain after a good leg workout. And the excellent chance that gives me to learn about nutrition and supplementation. It’s also wonderful learning about the proper techniques of training.
What are your future bodybuilding plans?
I expect to win as many national titles in Argentina. And if everything goes well and get some sponsors to support the expenses of the sport I would like to compete overseas. Of course, first of all I must work hard to improve my weaknesses.

What one tip would you give others bodybuilders?
Well, if I have to. Make sure you never stop learning, because if you don’t have an idea of how your body works, you just will never be able to improve it. Read, ask, study, etc. and apply all the new concepts to your training or dieting.
What is your training philosophy?
I believe the best way to train is to get failure on each set. As for me weight isn’t as important as a proper technique.
What is your diet like?
I have 8 meals a day and drink about 3 liters of water. My diet basically consists on oat, eggs, raw meat, chicken, rice, potatoes and some vegetables. When I want to eat something out of my diet, I prefer cheese, milk and some other kinds of cereal.
