Hey Derek. What are your thoughts on BCAA's in pre contest dieting. We use Scivation and are not sure whether to keep using it right up to the contest day or cut it out some weeks before. There is conflicting advice about the subject. Plus how much do you suggest to use?

I have very stubborn rhomboids to develop. I have developed all my other muscle groups tpo proportion and have good density everywhere else, but cant get rhomboids to develop and it really harms my rear dbl bi shot. Any training suggestions. i am also a powerlifter as well as a natti bber. hi derek...1st of all...thanks for starting this up...

      • i was fat before...now in cutting phase...managed to drop 20kgs ++ (from 120kg. now @ 95kg)...the problem is, my posture...when I was fat, I used to have kinda hunchback posture when I'm sitting down as well as walking...as I'm progressing towards slimmer body, my back is still hunchback...so my deltoids look kinda weird...how to correct it and do you mind to share your favourite delts training ??

      • been hitting the gym for about a year now...the hardest part is my pecs...it won't come out...the other body parts response well to my training...FYI, I have broken elbow, thus my poundage cannot be too heavy to me...I'm 95kg but can only bench 60kg...how to bring up my pecs and please share your favorite chest training (sets and reps)...

      thank you very much.

      Hi Derek

My weak point is my chest, any tips? I have tried about everything, Now I am on the ABCDE(Anabolic burst cycle diet and exercise) I see my biggest gains on that diet. I really need a bigger chest if I´m going to compete in -80kg in BB.
      Thanks

#1 would have to be BCAAs. Within the first week of using BCAAs during your workouts you will see an increase in recovery speed. I use Scivation Xtend.
