How did you get started with bodybuilding?
My dad & mom both inspired me! My dad competed with the BEST the NPC in the 80′s & 90’s! He won Mr. NPC Delaware, the year I was born! And won Mr. NPC. Tri-State, Mr. NPC Eastern Shore, Best Body on the Beach! I grew up in health & fitness family! I would sit on my dad’s lap and read Muscle & Fitness & FLEX Magazine with him & watch Bodyshaping! I said I want to do this! I would hang on his back when he did donkey calf raises & pull ups! When he would practice his Bodybuilding posing routine, I LOVED IT!
I would throw down my toys and start running around our gym at our house and start posing with him! My favorite song he did was “I’m Back in Time” by Hewey and the News! Tom Platz did an amazing routine to that song and would flex his hamstrings to the beat of the song! I LOVED IT!
I was SO little just learning how to walk and run and was VERY passionate about bodybuilding then! I would watch my mom oil him up with Iodine for his competitions & I would dance around to his posing routine music! I could not wait to get started & follow in my dad’s footsteps & jump into the health & fitness industry!! I seriously was born in the gym! We have a huge full gym at my house that I thank my Dad for making so awesome! My mom is so loving & awesome; she got me involved in gymnastics & dance at early age taking me to all my ballet, jazz and hip-hop classes six times a week! She would help design my dance team outfits in College where I was the choreographer & captain. In high school she helped as well as I was on two dance teams in High school.
She would travel with me for all of my dance competitions and performances! Miami, NY, Cali. My mom & my dad both tremendously supported me in dance & fitness! I love them SO VERY MUCH & thank them for all of their love and support of my dreams!

Where does your motivation come from?
Having the vision of my goals and dreams motivates me! Having that vision on the inside & working hard taking action to make those dream and visions reality keeps me MOTIVATED AND PUMPED!!! My father also motivates me! He is 54 and he looks like he is 30! He lifts and has the energy of a man in this 20’s! He is unreal! Fitness is the fountain of youth & increases vitality & quality of life to the highest point! When we go on family island vacation, which we do so every year, we all work out together! It’s amazing! So much fun! We have a house on the beach with a full huge kitchen for us to cook all our healthy meals and eat every two hours & we go work out together and then lay out on the beach! It is so funny, when we go on vacations; my mom has to call the gyms to see what their weights go up to, to make sure they have at least the 120 dumbbells for my dad! I love it! haha!
One time we were on vacation and these guys come up to me and said, “There must be a Bodybuilding & Fitness show here! We see you & your boyfriend and as they pointed to my father) this huge good looking bodybuilder, who looks like he is right out of FLEX or Muscle & Fitness Magazine!” I said, that’s my Father! haha!”
I am VERY PASSIONATE about the Fitness industry I LOVE IT!!!
