Bio
David Henry (b.February 24, 1975 in Denver, Colorado)is an IFBB professional bodybuilder. David started training with weights for his track & field events and competed his first bodybuilding competition in 1993 when he was 16, taking third in the Novice Lightweight Class. He won the Team Muscle Tech Challenge in 1997. He earned a pro card after winning the 2002 NPC Nationals Middleweight Class. Weighing 187 lbs at his first professional competition, he placed 6th to Craig Titus by 1 point at the Ironman Pro Invitational.
