Everything so far that I&#039;ve read says that if you work out at night, you should still eat carbs in your post-workout meal. This is a quote from one of the other articles on this site by Derek Charlebois.

&quot;Note that if your post-workout meal is your last meal of the day you should still eat your starchy carbohydrates. No matter what time of the day your finish your workout, even if it is right before bed, it is still the prime time to eat starchy carbohydrates.&quot;</description>
