This workout takes exactly 15 minutes so you will need a watch or a timer that will do the count down for you. I am using my Gymboss Interval Timer.
One round looks like this and your goal is to complete as many rounds as you can:
- Jump Lunges – 10 reps
- One Arm Push Ups – 2 reps on each arm
- Half Burpees – 10 reps
- One Arm Push Ups – 2 reps on each arm
